Board of Directors
Miss LaToya Motaung – Financial Director
LaToya is passionate about people and figures, she has
studied mining Engineering and obtained several
qualifications in this field. She has been a leader since her
high schooling days, she led the senior hockey team at her
school and that went all the way to the provincial team. She
is very strategic in planning sessions and always willing to
learn. She heads both HR and Finance division on a part
time basis.
Mr Michael Junior Motaung – Share Holder
Junior is highly active in marketing, he completed his
marketing studies in 2020 and also completed several
management courses with NYDA. As a share-holder he is
directly involved in business day to day running and doing
very well alongside the staff. He leads the direct sales force
team assisting with researches and external promotions. His
involvement has contributed immensely in achieving
satisfactory sales figures
Mr Michael Motaung Managing Director
Michael operates as a Managing director and has a vast experience in
Telecommunications, he worked for Telkom SA in a direct customer phasing and sales for
over 20 years. It is in this time where he gained leadership as he operated even on
executive level. He understand customer behaviour and needs very well and his 5 year
banking experience comes handy when it comes to financial matters.

Ms Moleboheng Bouwer – Manager at BOSS-T section
Lebo is known by the team, has got a vast experience operating in both customer phasing
environment and back end support. She worked for Telkom SA for 25 years in various
department.
Mrs Ramathabathe Philicia Molala – Manager Key Accounts
Philicia has been in Business Sales for over 21 years, she achieved numerous awards as a
top seller while in Telkom SA. She joined Zooba Telecoms in 2019 and since then the
company has been awarded top seller dealership twice
Mr Joseph Mesolo – Manager at DSF
Mr Joe as affectionately known is leading the team that visit customers and do activations
externally. He has been with Telkom for 26 years in sales and operated across all SA
provinces. So he really understand the geographical landscape and customer preferences
in each Province
